Bipolar Electromagnet with Mounted Rectifier-Controller

Lifting capacity is based on low carbon steel with a cold rolled finish at magnetic saturation thickness. Thinner and alloy materials must be de-rated accordingly.

120 VAC Single Phase Input.
Welded and bolted construction.
Models BPR-250, 350, 750 & 1500 have a pilot light, external fuse and eyebolt.
Models BPR-2500, 5000, & 7500 utilize a drum switch type rectifier-controller with internal fuse and RPAS lifting shackle.
Handles round and flat stock, structural shapes, castings, forgings.
Special pole shoes available on request
