24C Magnetizer

The Magnetool 24C Magnetizer is one of our most requested and widely used units in industrial settings. Designed for magnetizing Ceramic (Ferrite) and Alnico magnet materials, the 24C is particularly popular for applications like guitar pickup manufacturing and small component assembly.

The 24C delivers 24,500 amp-turns, which is enough magnetic force for consistent, high-quality magnetization across a range of materials. The 24C is also available in a 220 VAC version that includes a mating pair of twist-lock connectors.

Tapered pole shoes adjustable to a 4 in. opening.
Momentary on/off switch with indicating lamp.

50C Magnetizer

For larger magnet materials, Magnetool offers the 50C Magnetizer, which is a more powerful version of the 24C that produces up to 50,000 amp-turns. This unit is ideal for magnetizing larger Ceramic (Ferrite) and Alnico components. Both the 24C and 50C units maintain the same quality construction and reliable performance for which Magnetool equipment is known.

Custom Magnetizers

In addition to standard models, Magnetool also designs custom magnetizers for specialized applications. We have developed units up to 100,000 amp-turns for large assemblies and custom setups such as the 8707-14 Tesla Coil Magnetizer.
